INNERSTANDING — Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the INNERSTANDING platform (innerstanding.space), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to enter contracts under applicable law to use the Service. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for single-user use only and may not be shared. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. INNERSTANDING is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

  • Access unauthorized areas of the platform

  • Introduce malicious code or interfere with platform performance

  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without permission

  • Use automated systems to manipulate access or engagement

5. Content & Intellectual Property

All content on the Service is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may stream videos in real time but may not download, copy, or redistribute any content without our prior written consent. INNERSTANDING reserves all rights not expressly granted.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Memberships are billed on a recurring basis and automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Online Courses are one-time purchases with a one-year viewing period. No refunds are issued for unused portions of memberships or incomplete courses. If pricing changes, we will provide at least 10 days' notice before the change takes effect.

7. Health Disclaimer

Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. INNERSTANDING is not a medical organization and nothing on the Service constitutes medical advice. By using the Service, you accept full responsibility for choosing activities appropriate to your fitness level and physical condition. You release INNERSTANDING and all associated individuals from any injury-related claims.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without refund. You may cancel your membership at any time through Account Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle with no refund for the remaining period.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific streaming quality, or compatibility with all devices. Device compatibility requirements may change over time.

10. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act — not in court. The arbitrator decides all questions about this agreement's scope and validity. By using the Service, you waive your right to a court or jury trial.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless INNERSTANDING and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts. Any court proceedings will be brought exclusively in Boston, Massachusetts. Claims must be filed within one (1) year of arising or are permanently barred.

13. General

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and INNERSTANDING. It may not be assigned by you but may be assigned by INNERSTANDING. If any provision is found invalid, the remainder stays in force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that right.
