WHAT MOVEMENT EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY?

These practices are open to all bodies and movers curious to dive deeper into creative embodiment. Innerstanding practices are scaffolded by yoga, dance and functional somatic modalities. My advice is to dive in and be patient as you learn. New pathways will take time to integrate but play inside the bounds of your body and watch the depth and embodiment evolve.

WHAT DO I NEED FOR CLASSES?

All you need is your body, a mat, sometimes a little extra space around your mat. Many Innerstanding practices can be done without props even when props are cued. If you like to support your practices with props, Sayer recommends 2 yoga blocks, a blanket, a bolster and a yoga strap. For weighted work practices 5-10lb dumbbells are used.

HOW DO I PURCHASE A SUBSCRIPTION?

Becoming an Innerstanding member gives you unlimited 24/7 streaming access to all videos for a recurring monthly price of $40 or quarterly price of $105. The yearly membership of $380 lowers the monthly fee to $31. This is a living library, new practices are added weekly and Innerstanding offerings are ever evolving.

CAN I GET A REFUND?

Subscriptions are non-refundable. If you are on a monthly recurring subscription you may cancel at any time and will not be charged for further months. You will still have access to the videos until the period you have paid for expires. If you are on a 3 month subscription or yearly subscription you may cancel at any time but will not be refunded for the remaining period of your subscription. You will still have access to the videos until your initial subscription ends.

CAN I PRACTICE INNERSTANDING CLASSES IF I'M PREGNANT/POSTPARTUM?

Always check with your doctor before starting any movement programming. While all Innerstanding practices are designed to be metabolized by your personal body wisdom and needs, they are not specifically geared to pregnancy/postpartum.
